About Positive Mental Health

The Positive mental health foundation was set up in June 2005 by a retired guidance teacher and counsellor, who recognised the need to educate and train young people in the development of positive mental health skills.

The primary goal of the foundation is to introduce mental health awareness as early as possible in the school cycle, through simple and unique training.
